Booking a place on one of our workshops:
All workshop places are booked via email to our database: [email protected]
Following your email enquiry you will receive a return email with full details of how to confirm your booking for the workshop of your choice. A place will usually be held on a particular workshop for you for one week only, pending payment as described in the email.
Bookings are only secured by payment within the specified time scale.
If your payment is not made within this time scale (usually one week) then the place may be re-allocated and you may lose your priority.
Full up-front payment for all workshops is required to confirm a place and a full refund is available if the workshop is cancelled by the organiser or teaching artist.
If you need to cancel for any reason we ask that you find someone to take your place and let us know details so we can transfer the place to the new participant.
Refunds are not available unless we have a waiting list and then we're happy to slot someone in for you and refund your money. On some occasions your workshop fee may be able to be transferred to another workshop of your choice if your cancellation is over 30 days prior to the workshop date.
Alison's Art Workshops at Jervis Bay reserves the right to refuse to accept an individual onto a workshop - this is entirely the decision of Alison's Art Workshops at Jervis Bay and is not contestable.
